Naples paradise

Absolute phenomenal place to stay. Description of home vastly understates how nice the property is. By far the most seamless check in and communication process we've ever had with a vacation rental. Highly recommend for a family with small kid area in the pool plus would work well for others! Would give more stars if I could!

Paradise Casa in Naples

My family and I stayed at this house April 13th-20th. We had more than enough room with 4 adults, 3 kids (ages 8 mos, 6 and 8 yrs old. The house has a perfect layout for relaxation and privacy. The backyard is where we spent most of the trip and it was absolutely fantastic. The screen cover kept all of the bugs out and we were able to swim throughout the day and end the day relaxing in the hot tub. The house has a great supply of pool/beach toys and beach chairs. The beach umbrella is the only thing that needs replacing. The house had toys and utensils for kids. Along with a high chair, stroller and pack n play if your traveling with littles. The location of the house is located within 10 mins of most beaches and very close to the zoo, shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this house to others!

Welcome to the Swamp

My family and I were excited to rent this house based on the amazing looking house and pool. We arrived on a Sunday and there was garbage piled all over the driveway from the previous renters and the garage was filled with flies. We entered the very nice house and then saw the green swamp they called a pool. We text "Mike Z" and their auto was "if you would like to rent again please let us know". I messaged twice the next day I received a I am sorry about the pool. I will try to get someone out right away. Finally on Tuesday he told me they would have someone out Wednesday. Someone finally came Wednesday to service the pool. He told me the pool had needed to be treated/cleaned and there were no chemicals in it and no chlorine. He explained we could not use the green pool for about 6 hours and someone would be by to clean it on Friday. We were leaving Saturday morning. We made the poor decision to let our kids use the pool after the treatment and it was still cloudy and our 2 year old ended up in urgent care with an ear infection and a rash. I badgered Mike Z for an update and he told me he was busy and would do something to refund us a portion of the fee for our frustration. I waited and waited and explained I would contact Chase Fraud which is when he told me he would do his best to prosecute me for filing a fake claim and do his best to ensure I to prison and then said PS sorry about your daughters ear. This place is a swamp that Shrek and Fiona would love.
