“Staff was kind ”

“It’s a really wonderful experience of staying in Nara for one night. The position just next to the subway is convenient enough that we can meander around the city immediately after check in. The staff is friendly and hospitable , he led us to the room with hot match tea, and we got a tea souvenir the next day. The public outside onsen is also the highlight, we enjoy very much with Kasuaga hotel and hope we would visit again soon in the future!”

“Very nice authentic onsen hotel, conveniently located just next to the Togetsu-kyo bridge. Private bath in room is also nice and clean, food is good up to general onsen hotel standard, you can see food has been prepared with lots of thought.”

“I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room design is thoughtful, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bathtub is the perfect size and comfortably fits two people, which made it feel more like a private spa than a hotel room. One detail I really appreciated was the heated floors — such a small touch, but it made a huge difference, especially after a long day out.
