" 人に会わずにチェックイン、チェックアウトができるのは魅力であり、不安でもありました。 隣の方が夜も非常にうるさく、廊下を走り回る、大声を出す方もいましたが、ホテルスタッフがいない為注意してもらうことすらできません。 自分で注意するのもこのご時世、何をされるかわからないのでできないです。 耳栓などが用意されていたりホテル側の最大限の配慮はありましたが、スタッフ不在の不安がとても強かったです。 男性や複数人でしたら、安いですし不安なく過ごせるかと思いますが、女性1人の利用は避けた方が無難です。 水回りは清潔で、シャワーの水圧も十分あり、室内設備に関してはなんの不満もなく快適に過ごせました。"

"I love the kind of minimum hotel. The room and shared bathrooms are clean. it's better there's water dispenser not the bottle of water for eco. I didn't received the password for check-in before my stay. You may have to call them to get the password after you get the hotel."

"Not bad, but not worth the money. We stayed at other ryokan/hotels on our trip around the same price range that were next level. The only highlight at Nipponia was the sake. Their room and food would have been acceptable at half the price. I recommend you stay elsewhere and only drop by for some sake tasting."

"I like that it was quiet and peaceful over there at night, hardly any noise whatsoever except for the ambulance. However, could improve by providing complimentary water bottles in the room so wouldn't have to buy water bottles from the vending machine. Other than that, I had a nice stay and staff were pretty welcoming and made me feel at home. "
