"Dear Sir or Madam, I hope you are well. I am kindly requesting photos of Room 611 to support my travel insurance claim. One of my items was dropped in the hotel and was damaged. I have a photo of the item, but it does not show that the incident happened in Tokyo. For this reason, may I please ask for a few photos of the interior of Room 611 as supporting evidence? If possible, could you please take photos of: - The view towards the corridor (wide angle if available) - The TV area (wide angle if available) - The wall on the left side when facing the bed (wide angle if available) - The corridor inside the room (wide angle if available) You may take several photos and it would be very helpful, as I can then choose the ones most suitable for the insurance claim. Microwave and refrigerator were a plus, did not need to use the stove, hot water kettle was useful! Restaurants nearby, close to Ikebukuro Station. Loved our 7 day stay, wished we could stay longer!"
