"The staff were excellent at all levels, which shows they were well trained at all levels.
Whatever I requested they made sure to provide without any issues and were timely. I asked to replace the feather duvet with a non allergenic replacement and they did it very quickly.
The amenities were good. Could have used a microwave but this wasn’t critical.
The check in and check out were excellent
Food was excellent both at breakfast and dinner.
Location is excellent- easy access to the train station and local shopping. Airport limousine bus drops off and picks up at the hotel entrance.
The furnishings were a bit dated but adequate"
