This tranquil setting has great ocean views, good restaurants and recreational activities close by. You can enjoy tennis, golfing, biking or the beach with in moments. The deck's a great spot to read a book and enjoy the ocean's sounds in the background. Charming cape, that's located 6 Houses from Kelly Beach (beach for the local residents only).
Overlook the water from the updated Kitchen, Spacious Living Room, and Lower Level Bedroom. Great deck overlooking the Water with Outdoor Furniture and Charcoal Grill, Outside Open Shower. Patio in Back Yard.
Bedroom Configuration: #1 2 Twin, 1 full, #2 has 1 Queen bed, #3 has 1 Queen. There are 2 Bathrooms.
This house has 2 Family Rooms with Queen size pull out couches. separate bedroom and bathroom (great for the in-laws!!). Wonderful Beach House

Literally a four minute, child-suitable walk from Kelley Beach, which is an awesome family beach (if you crave bigger waves, you can drive 10 minutes to Narragansett). House has a lovely deck with stunning views, especially at sunset. House is comfortable and functional. Kitchen well equipped; good wifi; washer and dryer; plenty of parking.
