Close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. With three levels, there was plenty of space for the whole family! Lots of stairs to access the living and primary bedroom spaces, so it might not work for everyone, but it was perfect for our group!

The teens loved staying in the bedrooms on the first floor while the two couples stayed in the 3rd floor bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The common area on the second floor was roomy and the all the rooms felt large.

We all enjoyed staying here at this house. It was clean and convenient. However, there were a few things broken that I made aware to the people in charge of taking care of the facilities. If I had to come back to Nashville, I definitely would.

Property actually has a 5th bedroom which was nice. Ground floor had 3 bedrooms that share 1 bathroom. House was nice and generally clean. Stairs need some TLC as stair material is pulling away and could become a trip hazard. Reached out to the property manager about two issues we had (lots of ants in the two upstairs bedrooms, and smoke alarms chirping low battery). Property manager was quick to respond and said someone would be by to handle it. No one showed. We had to go buy batteries ourselves and replace them.

We thought the townhouse was very clean, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. It is located on east side so a 5-10 minute drive to downtown. We found plenty of parking options downtown. There are two parking spaces on property for two small cars but plenty of on street parking in front of unit. The management firm is excellent. They checked in on our stay daily to make sure we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. The area has its on vibe with restaurants and nightlife a wal

This was out first time to Nashville to celebrate my birthday. This home was gorgeous and provided all we needed. There were four couples and it worked amazing for us all. Location was great, 5 min drive to downtown and the neighborhood felt safe and clean. We plan to return and would def book this home again. The Host was also very quick to respond. Thank you Nashiville!

The property location was 5-7 minute (1.9 miles) uber ride to downtown Nashville which was convenient and has a grocery store nearby as well and walking distance to a couple restaurants. The space was adequate for our group of three couples. The living area and kitchen were a nice gathering space. The property is newer, bright and modernly decorated. It’s clearly had some wear and tear and could use some touching up, but otherwise met our needs for our stay.

5 bedrooms fit our needs. Very clean and well appointed. Easy to get Uber's to downtown. Neighborhood is a mix of old homes and new vacation rental condos. Would rent again when we come back. Owners very responsive to questions.

Large home with multiple levels. Stairs everywhere so may not be good for some. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable king beds. Showed some wear and tear, but I guess that’s normal for rental property.

Overall the place was nice and the beds were comfortable. There were a few things missing in the stay that would have made our stay more enjoyable. For example - there were no hand soap in the entire unit, none in bathrooms or kitchen. There were also no trash cans in bedrooms and no tissue. Would have also been nice to have a few blankets and sugar, etc for coffee. Nice play, there could just be a few extras added.

Our group of friends had a great time! The house set up was very nice for those who wanted to stay up later and those who wanted to sleep. Even in May, the upstairs was pretty hot and we had a hard time getting it to cool down. The box fans the owner has in the closets were helpful. It was about a 15 minute Uber to Broadway. Overall great place, and we enjoyed it!

This is near great restaurants and close to downtown. The house has a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. It also has a blender. What it does not have is basic spices, not even salt and pepper. You also may want scissors. Beds were comfy. Also a good thing to know is that the bottom level where you walk in has three bedrooms and one bath. The middle level has the living area with the kitchen, dinning, balcony and a half bath. The upper level has two on suites one has a small balcony. Lots of stairs. Great place to stay.

Fun stay. The condo could use a few extra amenities. Tea towels, dish cloth. Extra toilet paper, broom. The downstairs shower is slow to drain, plugged? The fridge has condensation inside, problem???? Pictures don’t do it justice.

We had a great time and the place was super nice and just as advertised. We did have an issue when our door code didn’t work when we went to check in and the wireless didn’t work when we did get in but I called the number and the person who answered had both fixed in a minute or two. Other than that the place was awesome and there were several really cool restaurants, breweries and bars within walking distance. I know there have been some comments about not feeling safe and it’s clear the neighborhood is being gentrified but we never felt unsafe and we walked to some of the restaurants after dark and I stayed there with my 3 and 4 year old daughters. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. There were a few items that needed maintenance taken care of. I was able to communicate with the host about the items, and the host was more than willing to send someone over the next day to correct them. The beds were amazing. The shower water pressure could use a little boost. But overall it was a great location. If and when we return to Nashville, we will look to book it again.

We stayed here for three nights and had no negative issues. The location is an $8-$12 Uber ride to Broadway and many nice restaurants. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but it's very apparent that it's getting cleaned up. If you are a larger group, we found that there is a 5th bedroom (advertised as 4). The beds are very comfortable. One suggestion that I would make is to furnish a traditional coffee maker. Keurig's are fine , but sometimes it's just nice to have the coffee ready. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

There was so many broken items when we arrived, I had to immediately notify the host. Door handles missing. Fridge door broke. Toilet paper holders falling off the wall. Too many to list. The booking on vrbo is inaccurate too. The host decided to take it down and not refund after I pointed it out. VRBO has also not refunded.
