The room was HUGE and the bed was so comfortable! The bathroom was also huge and so was the shower, and it was so clean! The staff weren’t the most conversational but that was honestly perfect cause everything got done fast and I didn’t feel pressured to have a full conversation after a long drive. They also fixed my room key immediately when it wasn’t working. Genuinely great place and will probably stay here again when I come back to Nashville!
Overall, this property is a great place to stay EXCEPT the room(s) NEEDED a deep, good cleaning. The walls & bathtub/shower was filthy!!! And the furniture dusty. I had to clean it myself which affected my arthritis. Ironically enough though the property is decent, and it's a comfortable place to sleep.
The property was filthy - I mean the walls were dirty . The bathroom was filthy, the shower looked stained. Dead bugs in the bathroom and main room. The bed blocked the bathroom door, so the bed was shifted at a slant to be able to use the door.
The headboard was stripped of the trim , leaving exposed areas of glue and debris. The floors were dirty , littered with bugs. The room reeked like Nag Champa incense, the smell was so strong it was nauseating.
I was also propositioned in the parking lot to use drugs . When I declined siting that I’d be leaving the property I was asked for my room keys by another guest - since I wasn’t staying they wanted to use my “pre-paid” room to party in.
I went immediately back to the office and demanded a refund and was told that I would be refunded with 48 hours. I had to dispute the charges with my bank . Don’t believe the positive reviews of this place - I was there in Mid- October 2026 , I’ve seen cleaner dumpsters. This is not a safe property nor is it clean and the staff is not honest . Unless you love bugs, dirt and the stench of nag Champa, (not to mention the drug users and prositutes in the parking lot) keep driving. The holiday inn on Airport Drive is only $30 more a night and is fabulous!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
old and a bit run-down motel, but clean and has convenient on-off from the freeway. The clerk behind the protective glass makes it feel the area must be a little unsafe.
Location is great: 10-15 minutes from downtown.
Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with convenient parking.
All necessary amenities: TV, Frig, Microwave, Charging ports, Wifi, cups, good AC.
No ice, shampoos/cream, etc., but not needed.
This place was awful. Peeling paint in the room. Empty / dead plant pots all around the front entrance. One Uber driver told us do not walk around here at night. Only 2 towels for 2 nights which is ok to let them dry but, come on. When I asked about coffee, I was told there was a coffee pot in my room... UM, NO There wasn't. When we got back to our room the 2nd night, the card wouldn't work. Thankfully, it was cool enough that we didn't have to mess with the A/C.
The room was uninhabitable. I went to the front desk and told them how dirty the room was and they said they would refund my second night on 2/21. When they looked how I paid for the room they said that I would need to contact Expedia because I paid and booked the room through Expedia. How Dino get a refund for my second night?
