Great House

Really enjoyed our stay here! The house is sneaky big with plenty of space but still cozy. HUGE backyard. Recent renovations were done really well. Short 12-15 min drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay over the Holidays!

Our family really enjoyed staying here over the holidays as we visited with our Nashville family. The house layout and location were perfect for us. Everything about the house was as advertised, and communication was excellent.

Great Place to Stay!

Overall, it perfectly fit our needs for a Bachelor party weekend. It was close enough to downtown that we could enjoy the nightlife, and had a cute series of shops and restaurants 2 blocks away. I would recommend this place to anyone with a larger group!

Football weekend

This house was a great home base for a weekend with some old friends. It was about 10-15 ride to Broadway and Downtown Nashville. Check out East Nashville too. The communication leading up to and throughout the stay was top notch. I would recommend staying at this modest and clean house.

This house was in a perfect location for all adventures we had planned in Nashville. Plenty of space for 10 adults and truly within a few miles of groceries and broadway..the train was a bit loud at night for us coming from small town Eastern WA state but overall great experience and would recommend.
