Nashville

Very enjoyable stay. Condo was comfortable and clean. Pool atmosphere was friendly and lots of fun! Able to walk to Broadway everyday. Secure building- a little trouble figuring out the app, but with help it was easy!

The space is wonderful, the area it’s in is a bit sketchy

Although downtown is very close by and walkable, I would recommend ubering whenever you can. The surrounding area is located by the homeless shelter, so it does get a little sketchy, especially at night. I wouldn’t recommend walking ~anywhere~, even if it’s close. On a positive note, the room was very nice, clean, and had many toiletries and appliances. They also had a nice gym. I wished communication with the host was better, but the staff at Hyve was very helpful.

The owner and the receptionist of the Hyve are great

Our check in process with Vacasa was terrible. We were never sent the link to set up the app when I texted and asked if we needed to set up an app or just use the link I was told just the link. Once we arrived none of the codes worked. Lawrence, who works for the Hyve not Vacasa was a huge help, she tried to contact customer service at Vacasa but they proved to be useless. She contacted the GM for Vacasa in the area and they never answered or called back. Finally after an hour of back and forth we received and email to set up the app but all check in times were changed to 6:45 pm instead of the 4 pm. Lawrence reached out to the actual owner and he acted quickly to right the wrong. He gave us access to the building informed us to contact him should we have any future issues. The place was clean and had a nice location for us to scooter around or even walk however, the room sits right next to the train track which wouldn’t be a probably except the train literally runs all night long.
