Great Stay, Awesome Location!

This is a great 3 bedroom unit at the Hyve - perfect location with easy access to the Gulch and Broadway - the apartment was really well appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of nice bathroom products. Would highly recommend for groups or individuals looking for a place in Nashville!

Comfortable unit

Unit was simple. Not many towels, shampoo, soap so bring your own. Easy walk to Broadway. Negative is the nearby homeless population.

Great girls getaway!

We went on a girls trip for the weekend and this was the perfect property to stay at! We were only about a mile from Broadway, which was perfect to stay somewhere that was separate from all the business of Broadway. The vrbo was very clean, neat, and clearly very new. We had everything we could have needed. The city views from the balcony at night were stunning. The pool and gym were great amenities to utilize. Would stay again

Girls trip

The unit was nice overall, but a few things to note. I had contacted them the first day because the pocket door in the bathroom didn't close and it was never addressed during my stay. Also, I was told there was luggage storage available from 10-4 and when we arrived at noon we were told it was unavailable and ended up having to pull our suitcases about 1/2mile to a brewery that let us keep them there if we bought drinks and food. As far as the location, it was pretty good. We were able to walk to Broadway in under 20 minutes which was nice. There are homeless people everywhere around this property though and when you sit out on the balcony you have a view of that. The pool area was very nice and the property itself was clean. The beds were very comfortable as well. I also really liked at getting ready areas, it was nice for a group of girls. Also note there is only one closet in the unit for clothes and it's in the room with one queen bed, so everyone will have to share that one. Also, pretty noisy all night with sirens.The only other issue was our room wasn't done being cleaned until about 445 and it was supposed to be done by 4.

GoodNight made it EASY!

Couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations! Check in process was well communicated and easy. There was always staff member in the lobby if we had questions. Loved the Latch App for entry- Brilliant! Broadway about a mile away- it’s a nice walk in the day and quick Uber to get home at night. There is a railway near the property but I didn’t find it disruptive at all. Hope to return when it is warmer to enjoy the pool!

Loved the condo, but concerns about the location.

We stayed at Hyve Swarm Serenity and my girlfriends and I had a lovely long weekend in Nashville. The condo was very clean, it was supplied with all essentials for the unit- TP, paper towels, dish soap, etc for a long weekend, had friendly/helpful lobby staff, had very secure entrances, there was plenty of space for the five of us, and was an easy Uber ride to broadway. Unfortunately, the location was not as expected based on the description in relation to the walking distance to the Gulch area…Absolutely NOT recommended for walkability at night to Broadway...especially for ladies or small groups. Not well-lit for a few blocks around condo building and location is right next to a homeless shelter where many residents were outside throughout the day and evening. Overall safety seemed a bit concerning. The Parking garage was also extremely small with very limited spots and somewhat difficult to maneuver our larger vehicle. We also had a weird issue with the bedroom lights turning on in the middle of the night. This happened on two different nights during our stay.

Great apartment, great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. This apartment building is clearly tailored for short term rentals and it covers the bases nicely. Easy check-in/out, free coffee in the lobby and an app to unlock all doors. Everyone there was friendly and enjoying themselves. The location was very walkable to anywhere in downtown Nashville in just minutes. All in all, I wouldn't think twice about staying there again.
