Perfect House

What a perfect location for visiting Franklin. The house was spotless. What a nice town loaded with history. Easy drive going to Nashville. Can’t wait to come back hopefully for a longer stay.

Great hang out for relaxing after wedding dress shopping.

This cute cottage style house was perfect for my daughter and I to stay while wedding dress shopping for the weekend. Great location, beds were very comfortable and we had everything needed for the weekend. Long hot showers were awesome.

Nice place to stay

This was a very pleasant place to stay in Franklin. It was just a short drive to all of Historic sites, and Antique Malls we wanted to visit. The location was nice and quiet at night. We had some lovely meals out at some very unique Franklin eateries. Our only concern was the level of perfume scents used by the cleaning crew as we both have allergies. Thank you, Sandy

Couldn’t have been better!

Amazing stay, despite the weather in the Nashville area that weekend. Lots of rain and storms but the house was perfect and Sandy the host…just the best!! Her cottage is so cozy on a very quiet street and less than a mile from sweet Franklin!! Everything you need is in the cottage…I just wish we could have stayed longer:( 3 days is not enough. Sandy thank you for been a fantastic host…we will be back! Before we left, turned around and took a selfie in front;) Looking forward to making your home, our home away from home, when back in Franklin!!!

Charming home in perfect location!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home on a quiet cul-de-sac. The location is perfect—just a short walk to beautiful downtown Franklin. Our 6-year-old had a blast playing in the huge backyard, kicking balls around. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing family getaway!
