Absolutely loved our stay here! It was a perfect location to access all Nashville has to offer! The space was clean, well decorated and very homey! Would definitely recommend this property to friends or return back in the future!

Perfect location for a weekend trip!

This was the perfect property for myself and my 5 cousins for a quick birthday trip! It was in a great location close to Broadway and the Gulch. It was very clean and had everything we needed

The Riff and Roll was a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment style place to stay with friends. Super clean, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, free indoor parking, nice pool, relaxing outdoor areas, and secure grounds. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment and property!

My husband and I traveled to Nashville for the week with our two daughters (ages 13 and 10). We LOVED the Gulch! This apartment was fantastic - perfect amount of space, updated and very clean! We loved the outdoor firepit and gym! The parking was convenient. Only thing that I'lll mention are the homeless folks sleeping on the streets right down the street from the entrance to the apartment complex. Luckily we had our car and were able to drive most places. Many might consider the area a bit unsafe if they are needing to walk from the apartment to the local restaurants and attractions.

Easy walk to downtown

The place is clean and modern. The best aspect is the sliding door access to the outdoor lounge and pool in the same floor. I was not as keen on the surrounding streets. Lots of homeless people. It is an easy walk to downtown. About 10 minutes.

Enjoyable, Nice Space, A Bit Loud, Weird Technical Issues

Overall, we enjoyed the space. We were able to walk to Broadway within a mile or so. The accommodations were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Fun decor! Comfortable and safe building. I rated 4/5 for a few reasons: 1. Technical issues? There was a weird issue with the light in the second bedroom. We had the ceiling fan on and the light off, but the light randomly turned on several times during the night. This was quite jarring for the first couple times and then just extremely annoying after that as we had to wake up, get up, and turn it back on. That room also got quite warm at night so when we finally gave up on the ceiling fan, we had to open the door to release the heat. Also, several of the outlets in the living room didn’t seem to work? 2. While I didn’t feel unsafe, we were directly across from the Mission so there were quite a few displaced people on the streets during the day and night. We had no troubles, but thought I would leave a note on this. 3. The building was a bit loud. I felt like I could hear others a lot. It did quiet down throughout the night, but I still heard a lot more than I’ve noticed in other places. The outdoor space looked very inviting including a fire pit area and a pool. The front desk staff was kind and courteous. Overall, we enjoyed this room and would likely stay again. The price did seem a bit high considering the technical issues, location, and noise level. (There’s also a train that goes directly behind the pool.)

This ground level unit presented a fun, cool theme and location for pool and gym suited my Guests perfectly. It is an unusual floor plan, but was well stocked with fun activities and was very comfortable for my 3 Young adults! The HYVE staff, amenities and location were great!

Beautiful Condo

Great place, staff and amenities. Location was close to Broadway but a train track was right at the back close to the pool and a Mission for homeless was across the street so that was a little disheartening
