Great Nashville Trip

We'd never been to Nashville, but had a concert at the Bridgestone Arena. The hotels all seemed a little pricey for 2 nights and 2 rooms. We managed to find this Condo and fell in love with both the space and location. We'll be coming back

Spring Break week

The overall was just OK. The walls were failry scrathced up, the balcony was not set up as far as furniture, we had to rearrange and set everything up and the TV projector was not hooked up, we werent able to figure it out and find the correct cables. Overall the condition was just Ok, nothing that impacted our stay, however I was a little disappointed in the overall apperance of the interior, cheap materials, cheap paint, poor make ready

Nashville Girls Trip

Property was beautiful! Perfect for a group of 8. Super clean and well decorated. Rooftop was amazing. Only issue was there was not a ton of supplies to cook with. Be prepared to eat out if you are staying here.

Check in was smooth, location was great. Patio was locked and not useable. Smoke detector batteries were low so kept beeping, asked to fix and nothing. So we just took them off to sleep. Supplies (towels) etc was awful. Would not stay here again

Good Value/Good Neighborhood

This nice condo is in an “up and coming” neighborhood within easy distance to the Gulch and Downtown/Broadway. The property manager was very helpful, communicated well and promptly. The property was decorated nicely as well. There are white walls throughout, and it’s very hard to keep them clean. Some fresh paint would help. Rooftop deck is beautiful at sunset with great views towards downtown. Be careful though as some warped decking presents a tripping hazard. We ended up not using the BBQ on the roof as it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Condo was adequately equipped although there is barely enough silverware and the frypans could use a refresh. Appliances were all great and functioned well. Overall, even though there could be some attention paid to a couple of areas, this was a very good value for the money and we would stay there again. Shout out again to the property manager for being such a good communicator. Thank you!

Condo was clean and looked just like the photos. It was the perfect size for our group of 5. Extra security in weekends was a nice bonus. Would highly recommend .

Bachelorette Trip to Nashville

Place was as noted, great location with about 20 minute walk to Broadway. Only issue we had with the patio door locking, it was difficult and couldn’t get the alarm to set but the front door code worked well.

Overall we had a great experience.

My only complaint when we arrived the floor still had food crumbs in the kitchen area. Which normally would not have bothered me, but I had a one year old and there was no broom or vacuum on site. Also, for the cleaning fee, the floor wasn’t that clean.

Bachelorette weekend stay

We rented two condos for 4 nights. Before we arrived, the manager sent all the important info to me, so check-in was so easy. The condos were clean and ready for us. We were all impressed with how nice they both were. The pictures in the listings were very accurate. We had 18 women there for the weekend. The condos are a quick Uber ride to Broadway. During the weekend one of the smoke detector batteries died, so it was beeping. The manager quickly sent someone over to fix it. In fact, all throughout the process, the property manager was readily available to answer questions for me. We had a great experience here!

Perfect for Girls Trip

The property reflected the listing exactly. It was perfect! Our only complaints are that we had to buy our own toilet paper, none of the bathroom outlets worked, and there are no fans for air circulation in the bedrooms.

Birthday Weekend Fun!

Great space overall- we loved that there were many different bathrooms/bedrooms for our group. The garage parking is so convenient. Super quick uber to everything (or a 25 minute walk to Broadway- which is great!) The rooftop was awesome at night too. We would definitely rent this property again!

Fun Times! Great Location!

The Gulch location is in a nice location and allowed us to walk to the midtown area as well as Broadway. VRBO was modern and a perfect set up for our party of 8 adults. I would say the floors are a little noisy and we could hear neighbors on rooftop for after hours but wasn't awful. The dryer took forever to dry our loads which made laundry backup during our stay but hopefully management will take care of it. Management was great to work with a super helpful if we needed assistance with directions/check-in/out, etc.
