The house was perfect for a large group. New appliances and a great spot to Broadway.

Great for families. Having the mancave / game room is a stroke of genius. We were a bunch of guys there for a sports weekend we hung out in that room shooting pool and playing darts while watching football. It was perfect between our outings. I could see this as a good place for families with children.
