Great stay!

The property is amazing. Clearly the best VRBO we have rented. It has a great central location, is nicely furnished and immaculately clean. Overall could not be happier.

Wonderful stay near downtown Nashville

We were five girlfriends visiting Nashville for the first time. This house was perfect - great location, clean, comfortable. The weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the fire pit, but we had a great time!

Outstanding place. The house has many upgrades and very well designed.

Our family enjoyed staying. Location is perfect for doing lots of tourist things. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Hope gardens has a great location!! The Farmers Market and Bicentennial park are a few blocks away. An Uber ride to Broadway is around $17. The house was clean but had a slight sour odor. It would have been nice to have directions on how to use the tv/Roku.

Great spot close to downtown but we did use a Uber service.

Great spot there was a grocery store just 8 minute walk away. It was perfect for us was four couples and it was perfect. Would stay there again.

Girls Week

My girlfriend's and I have traveled together for 30 years. This is one of the best places we have stayed. The beds were comfortable. The whole place was so spacious and clean. It was in a great location for us to do everything we wanted to do and it felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

We had a great time! Six of us very comfortably stayed at the house. We had everything we needed and it was an easy Uber to everything. Definitely would stay again!

Great stay for girls trip!

We had a fabulous stay at Hope Gardens. We were 6 women and there was ample space for us all to be comfortable. Quick 5 min uber to Broadway. I definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Nashville!

Great Stay

Property was great and as advertised. The location allowed us to walk to Lower Broadway in about 25 minutes or take a short Uber ride. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great weekend trip!

Had a girls trip and this property was perfect! Everyone was comfortable, and had more than enough room! The check in and out process was super smooth and easy. I could not recommend this place enough!

This property was very nice! In a great location that allowed us easily to travel to downtown. Also very comfortable furniture that gave us a relaxing week. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great rental near downtown Nashville!

We had a great time at this property. It is close to downtown Nashville so Ubers were cheap. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Wish the fire pit had a full tank of gas when we arrived.

Awesome place for exploring Nashville by foot

Property was actually better than advertised, Short walk to Farmers Market; intermediate walks to Painters Alley and Broadway. Everything was as adtertised or better EXCEPT check-in. We drove from Texas and arrived 45 minutes early. Initial communication from management stated if available early, they would let us know. Upon arrival I contacted company as house was vacant and no cleaning crew was on sight (obviously available). Response was cut and paste verbatim of earlier email. Feel customer service is lacking and response was simply lazy. Wife and I retired two years ago and travel 6-7 months of the year, I know when my chain us being yanked. LOZVE the property; management group not so much. Also, need to repair rear gate lock assembly, and to take it apart to get garbabge out.
