A nice stay

The host and management company was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and my friend said the sofa bed was also comfortable.

Great place to stay when in Nashville!! Was in town for the CMA festival and this location is truly perfect. My guy and I enjoyed being able to walk to and from Broadway. Trying to get Ubers can be awful while the roads are blocked so a good walk is nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was very clean and well taken care of, which made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect—just far enough from Broadway to enjoy some peace and quiet, but still close enough to get to all the action within minutes.One of our favorite things was the beautiful view of the river—it was so relaxing to wake up to that each morning. The bed was super cozy and comfortable, which made for great sleep after long days out exploring.Overall, this was the perfect spot for our stay in Nashville. We would absolutely book here again!

Nice property, so so location

Place had everything we needed, nice to be on the river. Wish we were closer to Broadway, and we were woke up early every morning by garbage trucks /other. Tough to sleep in past 7 am. Otherwise, great place.

Quaint one-bedroom

The location to Broadway Street was perfect for us. Just a short walk (approx 0.7 mile) along the river. The bedroom and bathroom were small, but they worked. The bed was extremely comfortable. Only negatives, it didn't appear the bathroom was cleaned, it had fresh towels, but there were long black hairs when we arrived. There was also construction across the street, so some of the side streets were blocked.

Cozy and convenient

Location is convenient if you are looking to go downtown. Nice sized kitchen to cook meals in. Lots of extra bedding and towels which is a nice touch. Would stay here again. I wouldn't suggest walking to downtown, only because on some parts of the walk it gets a little "sketchy". Scooters were a must and cut the walk from 25 minutes to less than 10. I would definitely stay here again.

We went to Nashville to surprise my sisters birthday and we had little to no time to book and it worked out great I would only say because of the location to downtown they are going through a lot of construction routes and closures , just a little inconvenience here and there .
