What a great location for a stay in Nashville. Easy in and out, all of the amenities within a block or two, and very comfortable and quiet. We attended a concert at The Pinnacle (which also met high expectations), and it was a breeze getting there from this location. The apartment had everything needed. Very clean and comfortable. Communication was great too.

Great space for a short term visit to Nashville. Ideal location for walking distance to downtown. Everything you require if you decide to eat in. King bed was comfortable, and having a second 1/2 bath was a bonus.

Great stay!

Excellent place to stay! Walking distance to some really great restaurants and live music without having to go downtown. However, it’s a quick cab ride downtown so you don’t need a car. A happy marriage is one with two bathrooms so this loft was perfect for us 😉 We will be back!

Long weekend in Nashville

Our family of four stayed here over a long weekend in October. We were very pleased with our stay! The location is exceptional with access to the best of The Gulch. We walked about at night and never felt unsafe. We asked for a mattress topper and extra pillows for the sofa bed after the first night and it was promptly and graciously delivered same day. Very accommodating hosts to work with and a great property !

We stayed for a long weekend. The location is great. We were able to walk to many restaurants and venues. We did not cook but kitchen appeared well stocked. The building was quiet. The trolley tour stops across the street. Overall very comfortable but the bathroom can do with an update Property manager was helpful and quick to respond to questions

Communication with Property Manager was excellent. Came in from a very hot day to no air conditioning, but it was quickly resolved. Bathrooms dated with a very deep step to get in and out of shower/tub. Never sat on the couch but it did have a few stains. Televisions very small for size of rooms. We did not use Kitchen, but it seemed to be adequate.

The loft was great and the host was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. The AC unit is def a little loud, but we got used to it quickly. Great location to such good food and an easy walk to honky tonk row or the preds arena. Would def stay here again.
