Perfect for a group trip, a family vacation, or an extended work-from-home getaway. Just a 5-minute drive to the Broadway strip, this home is in the heart of Music City. The neighborhood is 1.5 miles south of Downtown Broadway, Music Row, the Gulch and all other Nashville hot spots!

The space features two full bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area, and a living room with a Queen-size sleeper sofa and TV (Apple TV & Netflix included). You'll also find a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, private and secure parking in the driveway or on the street out front, ample closet space, and all the essential amenities for your convenience. If needed, I can also provide a Queen-size auto-inflate air mattress.
My place will feel like your home away from home, equipped with everything you need, from appliances to fresh linens. The kitchen is well-stocked with a blender, juicer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, wine opener, pots, pans, utensils, assorted dishware, condiments, coffee, tea, and more!

The Neighborhood:
Located just a few blocks south of Downtown, Nashville’s Wedgewood-Houston (or “WeHo”) neighborhood is a vibrant, rising creative hub. The area is bustling with artists and entrepreneurs opening art galleries, studios, workshops, restaurants, distilleries, and breweries. You’re just half a mile from local favorites like Jackalope Brewing, Flamingo Cocktail Club, and Bastian.
Getting Around:
The home is centrally located, with all of Nashville’s best spots just a few minutes away by car. Rideshares are also easily accessible and relatively affordable.

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that Nashville is a main thoroughfare and trains can be heard from almost anywhere in the city. While many find the sound of distant trains to be comforting and nostalgic, we realize that it may bother extremely light sleepers.
