Great location

We came to town for a girls trip. Our location was so close to downtown Nashville about a 5 minute Uber drive. The house was cozy and very clean. We will come back and stay here again.

Great stay and perfect location

This was a great house and the location was perfect for easily getting downtown or out to the Grand Ole Opry. The street noise is a little loud with street sweepers and things at night, but that's the only (minor) complaint.

Long time friends reconnect in Nashville

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean, well- appointed, walkable neighborhood with space indoors and out to gather. Checking in and out was a breeze. Beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint is one where the owner has little control. The traffic noise. The home is situated at a busy intersection. The street noise from passing cars made sleeping a challenge as the bedroom windows faced the street. A white noise app on our phone easily fixed the issue.

The house was so cute. Very nicely decorated we had a great time. The only downside that I did not see mentioned in the other reviews, was the road noise. It is on a very busy intersection so be prepared for loud road noise until after 12:00am when it finally dies down a bit.

The property is as advertised, bedrooms are generously sized with very comfortable beds and pillows, bathrooms are new and every need has been considered with ample towels, soap, and good lighting. The only issue requires you to bring headphones for sleeping, the street noise is real and it woke me throughout the night with cars revving and stereos blaring until past 1:00 am. Also, the driveway has a little area that needs to be thoughtfully navigated, it could use an extra bit of concrete at the entry to fill in the space between the driveway and the curb. Besides that we enjoyed the decor, comfy beds, private yard and large living space.

Nashville Marathon

It was a nice house in a great location. We were able to get into the city quickly and we enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. The only negative issue was that the master bedroom and bathroom had not been cleaned before we arrived. We only noticed the dirty master sheets when we were going to bed. We called for assistance and were advised to use a set of new sheets (still in the Amazon package) that were locked in a closet. Of course these sheets had not been washed yet!

Perfect home away from home!

My family & I stayed at this property the 2nd week of April & had a wonderful experience for our first time in Nashville! The host was easily accessible & responded immediately to any of our questions. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated & well maintained. The beds were very comfortable & there was plenty of towels. The home was exactly as described & in a perfect location of East Nashville. The driveway was a little difficult to maneuver up due to some loose rocks but that might be due to the heavy rain storm the day we arrived. Perfect accommodations for our family!

Very nice home

This home was very nice. It was very clean and plenty of space for 8 adult guests. Within walking distance to five points and a short uber ride downtown. I highly recommend and would come back to this property should the occasion arise.

Nice location

The only complaint I have is the smaller bathroom needs a longer shower liner and it needs a new rod and hangers. They are rusty and didn’t slide well at all and easier for the floor to get wet with short liner. Needs a longer one with weighted bottom. I would love to know the brand of the mattresses! I should have remembered to ask. They were very comfortable! Everythg was close by Uber /walking. And, safe loocation.
