We didn't use the pool. It was very dirty, but I was told it would be cleaned on Sunday (I was home all day working), I didn't see anyone come to clean, I notified the management staff, they said someone accessed the gate... maybe they did, but the pool looked exactly the same with the same amount of dirt and leaves in the bottom, and the water level was so low that the skimmer/filter couldn't filter the surface debris. We would have swam on Sunday and Monday, didn't want to be too pushy as I was told it would be cleaned, but we were disappointed that we didn't get to use it.The bug situation was a lot but we're from Kansas and we know that this bug season has been extreme, I would say that they should spray once a week to keep up with it if they don't already. No biggie really though.The dryer had a hard time drying, not sure if that's a maintenance issue or had something to do with the brand and/or size... we managed.Other than that, the house was perfect for all of our littles. No stairs and concrete floors were exactly what we needed. The sunporch was a nice space to enjoy the outdoors without being completely outside. The kitchen worked perfectly, and the bedrooms fit all of us, we slept well. The shower was a huge hit and allowed us to wash several little kids at once.The location was perfect for us to get back and forth from several visits and the wedding at our friend's home in Joelton.Thank you for the stay, we would stay again.
