Great spot, all the essentials

My wife and I recently booked this room for a quick weekend and it was exactly as described with all the essentials. Perfectly fit our needs, clean, comfortable and very pleasant interactions with the host. Instructions were thorough and left us with very comfortable with the whole experience. Would highly recommend!

Very clean room. All amenities available. Very small, not much area to place anything (for 2 people) as far as luggage or on bathroom counter. Bed was comfortable, A/C nice and cold. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch, nice yard, but on a very busy road. Could not hear any traffic noise in our room however. Mark was very attentive, should we have needed anything. Enjoyed the Halloween decorations in the front.

This little apartment was perfect for our stay in Franklin. Great proximity to downtown and the Pilgrimage Festival. Mark was easy to communicate with and very responsive!
