Great place to stay!

The location was perfect if you’re looking for somewhere outside of Broadway but close enough for about a 25 minute walk. Awesome restaurants and shops nearby in the Gulch, would definitely stay here again!

We loved this unit, it had everything we needed for a 3-day weekend. The location was also super convenient. Very clean and comfortable. They even provided pool towels! Would definitely stay here again!

This home had everything we needed and was located close enough to downtown for us. We enjoy walking and it wasn't longer than a 15 minute walk to Broadway. Also, the pool was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Great place and great location.

We would book again. Great location great security in a good neighborhood. Clean and has everything you need. We enjoyed the pool as well. The check in and out process was good and so was communication with the property manager.

Great Nashville Getaway Location

Everything was exactly as advertised. Quiet, safe, clean and comfortable. Only downside is a 10:00 am checkout which is tough when you are downtown until 2:30 in the morning. Nashville seems like a place where you need to be able to sleep in.

Beautiful Apt in the Gulch

Aprtemnt was gorgeous and close to a lot of good restaurants and the beautiful universities. Only a 15 min Uber to Broadway - 45 min walk. Checkout time was earlier than we expected (10 am) and we were traveling late so that was definitely a bummer but the property was nice with a pool and parking. 10/10 would stay here again!

Excellent Property!

My fiancé and I enjoyed our quick weekend getaway at this property! The property management company ensured we had everything we needed prior to our arrival and maintained consistent communication. It was extremely clean, modern, and stocked with an abundance towels, dove products, kitchen supplies, detergent, etc. We literally had everything we needed and it was close to everything! We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location to visit Broadway or the Gulch with a pool for hot days!

Location is perfect, and the neighborhood is very nice, pool is excellent. However the property needs some TLC. From the walls, to the furniture, the effects of short term rentals are very obvious, and do effect the comfort of the stay. Ensuring that furniture is in useable condition should be a priority.

We had a great stay! It’s a short walk/ Uber to great restaurants and bars. The pool was gr EA t to have on the hot days. You can hear everything from within the unit which can be loud depending on who’s around. Housekeeping could improve but management was quick to respond.

The apartment was great! Very clean and great location for two walkers. The building however is terribly loud. The constant noise from the air conditioning, water running, rattling from the electrical box due to the voom, voom noise starts to make you feel crazy after awhile.

This building is very noisy and you can hear everything from other people’s rooms, as well as people down at the pool, even with the balcony door closed. This unit had a weird smell to it that I couldn’t get past. Also, 10am for checkout is way too early and no availability for a late checkout request. Overall our stay was decent and the location was perfect. An easy scooter ride away from lots of places.

1st Trip to Nashville

Loved staying here for many reasons. 1. Within walking distance to the Gulch and Broadway (if you don’t mind walking). 2. The area felt very safe for 2 females to be walking alone. UBER & Lyft were typically $8-$11 during non-peak hours if we wanted a ride. 3. Perfect if you are looking for the quieter side of Nashville to stay. 4. Quick responses whenever I had a question. 5. Beds were super comfy. I would definitely come back.

Check in is easy. Good location but the rules regarding quiet hours aren’t. It was loud and noisy until 11:30 PM-Midnight. Communicating with management team was horrible and only via text and didn’t resolve the issue. Dishwasher was disgusting didn’t find this out until the day we were leaving. Only one bedroom the “2nd is just a small are without a door or closet or anywhere to put your things. Considering the issues isn’t worth the rental price.

If you don't plan on spending much time in the apartment

The apartment looks good when you arrive. The sleeper couch in the lounge sinks but that's generally how they all are. There's a very load 'base' sound constantly, I tried to work out where it's coming from. I think it might be a aircon unit on the roof. It's loudest when sitting on the couch, very annoying like a ringing in your ears. The apparent was clean and tidy, I did find a few cleaning things that had been missed and were gross (garbage dispenser & extractor fan) I let Vacassa know and they were happy to send someone. The bed was comfortable. The loungers are the pool were worn and broken through, I saw a lady lay down and fall through.

Want to give it 5 stars but....

Everything about this place is great. Location, cleanliness, layout, pool, secure parking, ect. My one complaint, a big one, is a irritant noise. This top floor condo sits under a bank of air conditioner units on the roof. One? Some? need maintenance, badly. The unit(s) produce a constant nerve racking deep murmur or humming noise. Not just the incessant thrumming but accompanied by a vibration you can feel. It runs down the walls and thru the floor. For a sensitive sleeper it was torture. Even just sitting trying to enjoy the room or patio was torment. We almost packed up and left. My best advise, stay away from here during the hot summer months when the AC is hard at work. Without that awful disturbance this is easily a 5 star rating.

Outstanding home and location, we will be back soon!

In one word, "WOW". This home is super clean and well taken care of. It has everything you need for a great stay. Safe area with locked parking for our car, not that we needed our car because everything is so close you can walk or a short Uber ride. The local staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a quick question, and Lauren with Vacasa, call me back with the answers. She even gave me some fun ideas to check out in the area. I will be back very soon.
