Exéllent séjour, Elder est trés accueillant et chaleureux, aux petits soins pour ses hotes.

Grande et jolie maison sur 4 niveau, idéal grande famille et vacances entre amis , dans un quartier résidentiel à 7 minutes de la mer à pieds. Très belle vue de la terrasse. Bons équipements.

conforto e espaço em ponta negra

A casa do Sr. Elder é grande, confortável, limpa. Estivemos em 9 pessoas e conseguimos aproveitar bem a estadia de seis diárias. A vista para a praia é linda. Como pontos que poderiam melhorar: 1) os travesseiros são limitados a um por pessoa e não são confortáveis; 2) também seria generoso dispor mais toalhas para hóspedes que ficam vários dias na casa; 3) o check-in poderia ser mais rápido, sem tantas minúcias. Fora esses pequenos detalhes que poderiam aumentar o conforto dos hóspedes, tudo na casa estava ótimo.

Muito bem localizada e perto de tudo, a casa oferece toda estrutura para uma excelente estadia. Fomos em 15 pessoas que foram acolhidas de forma atenciosa. A presteza e a disponibilidade do proprietário para explicar minuciosamente o funcionamento de todos os cômodos foi muito elucidativa. Toda a família ficou bastante satisfeita com a viagem. A casa é bem localizada em Ponta Negra (próxima a praia), muito mas muito ampla, arejada e para falar a verdade não aproveitamos tudo o que ela oferece, merece uma segunda visita,kkk Sr Elder e seu filho foram extremamente atenciosos. Bom dia Gostamos da recepção do Se Eder muito gentil a casa é muito agradável,só não recomendo para levarem crianças e idosos Pois tem escadas são três andares . Na parte superior da casa onde fica o ofurô não tem segurança alguma os ar condicionado ficam estalados lá com as fiações exposta e o que cerca o espaço é uma certa de fio liso não tento nenhuma segurança . No espaço que sai da sala onde tem uma rede a cerca elétrica fica muito próximo dos pilares muito perigoso,minha criança era de três anos era o tempo todo de olho . Sem falar que tem muita peças decorativas. Então muito agradável a casa mas pra levar crianças pequenas não recomendo.

Viajamos em familia, 13 pessoas, sendo 7 adultos e 6 crianças. Nossa estadia foi ótima, o Sr Elder é muito atencioso, prestativo e gente fina. A Casa é otima, tem uma vista espetacular para o mar e morro do careca, fica proximo de mercado, farmacia, padaria, Orla. As criancas tinham um otimo espaço na casa, com brinquedos e piscina na cobertura. O indicado é alugar um carro para deslocamento as outras praias, pois a de Ponta Negra, por ser de centro, é mais impropria para banho. As melhores praias sao a de Genipabu, Tabatinga, Cotovelo, Forte. Tem otimas lagoas e ótimos passeios também. RN é um lugar perfeito e fica melhor ainda com a estadia na casa do Sr Elder, espero voltar mais vezes.

Melhor férias em família

Fomos extremamente bem recebidos pelo Sr. Elder, sua recepção e acertos iniciais foram extremamente detalhados. Fomos em um grupo de 10 pessoas é acasa nos atendeu perfeitamente, os detalhes da decoração tornam o ambiente aconchegante, familiar, a cada dia íamos descobrindo um adereço novo, tudo perfeitamente preparado com carinho pelo Sr. Elder, a localização da casa é boa, apesar da vila de ponta negra ser considerada uma comunidade a área onde está situada a residência parece tranquila, fica bem atrás de um hotel grande, e em frente a entrada de seu Estácionamento, há dois becos que dão acesso a praia, porém a noite o deslocamento pelo beco não é aconselhado, utilizamos o primeiro beco boa parte das vezes, mas estávamos nos deslocando juntos, a maioria das vezes, o segundo beco sai muito no início da praia, não é tão vantajoso. Há mercadinhos, padarias, igrejas, tudo muito próximo, como estávamos em um grupo familiar com diversos gostos pudemos usufruir de tudo, foi excelente nossa estadia. O Sr Elder é muito cuidadoso com a casa, portanto seja igualmente cuidadoso, o rigor da entrega é o mesmo no recebimento. E Natal é incrível, passamos. Pouco tempo, mas aproveitamos ao máximo.
