“First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. ”

“The room was very nice clean comfortable could do with better lighting and was a bit cold . The hotel was spotless and the staff were lovely. I would definitely stay again . We were right in the middle of temple bar ”
