「The location was great, was out the way so a nice change, but still close enough to various amenities local. The room was cozy and clean. The bed was amazingly comfy! Had the best nights sleep! Will definitely be staying here again, cant wait for my next trip!」

「Food is nice. Staff is very polite to help and serve Location is quite close to my destination, only 10 minutes. The view is also great. I could walk around before the breakfast. I like the hotel breakfast, please keep including in the package for the hotel users.」

「Comfortable quiet stay part of a longer visit to relatives. Room was cosy and ensuite was good fully functioning with lovely shower. Bed was firm but comfortable ,facilities limited but to an acceptable pricepoint 」

「We always enjoy our stay at the Lawns when we come to Retford to visit family and friends. The rooms are much bigger than average and there is plenty of wardrobe space. Lovely big towels and a good supply of hot drinks and bottled water.Extremely good value.」

「Much better than we expected. Very comfortable and functional room and bathroom. Plenty of space too and loads of parking. The separate pub//restaurant was a fantastic facility and a great base to explore then many things to do around Nottingham. Thanks for a great stay」

「A lovely hotel where the staff were absolutely wonderful, the kids were over the moon with the biscuits the lady on reception gave us, just a little touch but it was lovely. The room was a little dated but had all we needed and was well maintained and clean which is more important than the era of furniture (think 1990s pine era). The initial lack of signage for the car park had us almost parking out the front in a car park full of pot holes but as we got out we realised the car park was round...
