“Overall Rating: 4.5/5 – Excellent Stay! Our overall stay was absolutely excellent! I booked several rooms for a week, and while there were a few minor issues on the first night, the team corrected them quickly and professionally. Most of the staff are young, professional, and incredibly helpful. The only thing missing is nametags—I really wish they wore badges so I could give a proper shout-out to a couple of them by name! I do want to specifically mention the chef in the restaurant, who is……

“While the apartment was modern and clean, the standout aspect of this accommodation is the personnel and their genuine willingness to meet guests’ needs. The host and staff ensured that we had constant electricity and running water - amenities that unfortunately cannot always be taken for granted in this part of the country. At the time of this review, the property’s location is incorrectly listed on Hotels.com. We were disappointed to discover upon arriving in the city that the accommodation……

“Elevator did not work when we were there (room located on floor 3). Spa was OK but with terrible noise (works ongoing), making the whole experience sour. Receptionist with poor service manners insisted on asking us to pay additional fees (when we booked online and paid most taxes online). We ended up adding $5 in cash to the overall invoice. Trick of the day : they fined us $18 for losing the (plastic) room keycard - which probably is left somewhere in the bedroom.”
