“Hotel is very old need renovation price not worth to pay as a five star hotel only breakfast is good”

“I never comment on hotels but this one is a hidden gem in Douala. The street it is on is not that great but the staff, the food, the room, everything is just perfect. It is a luxury hotel that is not pretentious and I love it. The only "critic" would be that the pool is small and directly in the bar/restaurant area so it lacks some privacy for people in bathing suits... I recommend strongly.”

“The hotel is nice. One of the best hotels in Douala. Nice area, nice room, nice restaurant and nice cleaning quality. But front desk attitude seems need to be improved, feeling bad when checkin and also checkout, especially a person named Cyril, bad attitude and even not willing to give me the change after I pay the minibar fee. He said there is no change and not even try to fix it, seems like to force me to take the change as his tips. After all, this is a nice hotel. ”
