“Very friendly and efficient check in and support provided during our stay. Overall the residence exceeded our expectations.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Air conditioning was welcomed in the summer heat. Some street noise but rooms are double glazed so not really bothersome. Local bar was noisy in evening but stopped music around midnight, again not really too much of a problem”

“The location was ideal. In a quieter bit of the best place to be. An easy walk to the Plaka and the Acropolis. The views of the Acropolis from the rooms were breathtaking. The breakfast was fantastic. Would visit again. A few notes, there is no front desk, so any requests seem to be made through the people at the downstairs bar. “The Ivis4 is a great boutique hotel in a wonderful location for exploring Athens. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure our experience was enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the complementary breakfast each morning in a beautiful setting. The room we had was not large by any standards but it was comfortable. Great for couples.”

“The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was also great and super convenient! Everything was in walking distance. It was also easy to communicate with the host, there’s a storage area for luggage as well so you can leave your things and walk around while you wait for your room to be ready. Overall very nice! Only downside was the AC unit in our room wasn’t cooling the room much but I think we were just not familiar with the controller.”

Miss Mariana is managing the property and doing excellent job. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends and family if they plan to travel to Athens . Only have attention the two storied buildings doesn’t have elevator so if have knee problem Excellent chef and breakfast on site❤️❤️🌺🌺”

“Self service apartment. Contact through WhatsApp and get the PIN to go in and check-in is completed. Big supermarket within 10min walk and cooking too available. Neighbourhood is a bit too quiet and night clubs at night. Eva (point of contact) was very helpful throughout the whole process and she helped us in staying 2 more nights there when we missed our flight back home.”
