「2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. 」

「This hotel is a bit far from airport. May be a bit confusing to drive at night. Parking is horrible, the hotel had an event when I arrived. It took me at least 10 mins to get a parking. 「The hotel is clean and there is a covered car park which is very good if you drive. The charge of the car park is £10 per day. The hotel is close to Legoland Windsor. The buffet dinner’s charge is £20 per adult which is value for money. One reason I chose this hotel is because it has a swimming pool. It was closed during my stay because of broken Pipe. I may stay in this hotel again next time maybe the day before I go to Heathrow.」

「I was in the annex rooms upstairs. The guy in the room beside me was on his phone on hands free from 12:30pm until 1:30am and I could hear his full conversation with his wife. 「There were stains on the bedspread provided. No towels were provided even upon request with the excuse that none had been delivered. No heat in room provided and it wasn’t rectified despite my complaints. No hot water in bath and when I wanted to leave and book another hotel I was told no one could assist me.
