「The hotel has long history, but the room is comfortable, service was good, the staffs are friendly! But the shower flow too weak！」

「The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. 」

「The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences.」

「Staff were friendly at check-in, and explained all we needed to know regarding the hotel and bar. We ate dinner at the hotel, and the food was superb, chatting to chef after meal service had ended, it was obvious they take great pride in their food. The (family) room was very spacious for the two of us, and the corner shower cubicle in the en-suite bathroom was a generous size. Outside there is a secluded green with access to public moorings for Broads cruisers. All in all, a great place to...

「Nice stay, staff friendly, clean room, handy for the railway station and football ground, the room I was in was on the top floor whch has a very steep staircase so bear that in mind if you struggle with stairs apart from that I highly recommend this place. Parking is by paying a fee and hotel gives you a parking permit as the streets outside the hotel require a permit. 」
