Beautiful home. Lots of stairs.

The home is beautiful and was perfect for a friend reunion. The kitchen was well appointed. One of the bedrooms had not been cleaned and was stripped. They brought sheets later. It was understandable in a 10 bedroom home. Check in was clunky. We had to check in at the resort and get hotel room keys. What we had already paid was not reflected accurately and caused confusion and delay. So, lovely home in a lovely area but a bit clunky with the administrative side of the rental. Also, the description does not accurately describe the stairs necessary for EVERY gues. We had two guests other significant ambulation issues who needed to use stops to even get to whether they would be staying. There is an elevator to the 4 story house but locked and unavailable to guests. Our friends were stuck on one floor once we get them in and could not enjoy the other spaces the home had to offer.
