There is a large balcony with a gas BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining, leading into open plan and air conditioned living with a sofa bed, flat screen TV and DVD player, dining area and a full kitchen with cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The main bedroom has a king bed and balcony access, the second bedroom has a tri bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on top) and there is one bathroom with a shower, plus an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. Off street parking for one car with lift access to the apartment.
