View amazing. Apartment is in good condition. Quick stroll to the beach.

Loved the location. Quiet corner two minutes drive from Nelson Bay centre, and right on Shoal Bay beach. The owners left a few details like binoculars. Bring your own linen, but the owners provide some basic linen for good measure.

Beautiful short stay

The unit had a stellar location containing beautiful views and a short gander to the beach. Overall the unit is equipped for a stay, easy to use and in a great location for swimming, walking and bayside enjoyment. On the downside there were a couple of cockroach’s that brought a slight dampening to the overall cleanliness of the place. Also, a sharp knife would be ideal for the unit as there was only a bread knife.

Comfort and convenience

I have stayed at this property several times over the years, my last stay being July of last year. Since then the owners have made some significant improvements (new blinds, new outdoor furniture, new clothes rack, stove and fridge updated and king-size bedding!Plus a great DVD and book library to use during the stay. You can't ask for more. Well done to the owners for making so many improvements. I'll be back!

Great views

A very nice unit with great views and position near the beach but unfortunately there were several things which took the gloss off the place. the best way to describe the BBQ was "grotty" - we decided to use the electric frypan instead. The balcony furniture was filthy and took a while to get it to the stage we could use it. The unit accommodates 4 people but there are only 3 dinner plates and a shortage of cooking utensils.

This is a fantastic place. the location cant be beaten !! Value for money 10/10. the only thing that wasn't a 10/10 was that the BBQ is an electric one and it doesn't work. This is an ideal place for both couples or the family holiday. Just replace the BBQ and ill be back 100%
