Marty's Nelson Bay is located a quick 30 second walk to beautiful Shoal Bay beach or 1 minute walk to the popular Little Beach which has a fabulous swimming area for children, boat ramp, fantastic kids play area, great restaurant and bar with spectacular sunsets and a fantastic fish and chip take away shop.

Wests Diggers Club is only a 10-minute walk away, Nelson Head Heritage Lighthouse and Reserve with spectacular views are right at your doorstep and Nelson Bay Golf Club, Bowling Club and the heart of Nelson Bay are within a 5-minute drive from the property.

The unit features an open plan living/ dining area with a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, TV with Chromecast, free unlimited Wi-Fi and an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer, electric cooktop, and Air fryer – please note there is no oven at the property.

There are two bedrooms both with ceiling fans, linen and bed making, the main bedroom also has a Smart TV and access to the patio, the main bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and single vanity.

The unit provides an external shared laundry with a front loader washing machine and open space parking for 1 vehicle.

The complex has a beautiful family atmosphere and a fantastic heated inground pool opened from 8am to 8pm, 2 shared BBQ’s and an outdoor alfresco dining area with common area toilet facilities – making it versatile for when children are using the pool.

Please note, only registered resident permit holders with vehicles registered with Port Stephens Council are allowed to park on the roadside in the Columbia Close cul-de-sacs and the cul-de-sacs along Gowrie Avenue.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Perfect holiday unit

The unit was beautifully presented and equiped and the pool bbq area was fabulous. I would definitely recommend this place to young families.
