「The location of this property is truly its best feature. It is situated in a fantastic spot within the village and offers a particularly beautiful view. 「Great potential, poor execution. Given the amount of time spent texting with Numa customer service to correct issues, the cost was way more than the stay was worth. The check in took over an hour and a half, due to an unusual issue that would have been corrected in five minutes if there were A/C did not work and customer service could only send the same cookie cutter recommendations repeatedly, which did NOT correct the problem. Numa suffers from the lack of a human element.」

「We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. It was clean, spacious, and our host, Gianmarco, was wonderful. He met us when we got off the train and took us to the apartment. He showed us around, answered any questions we had, and had left snacks and a bottle of wine. He has been our best host so far and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!」

「Studio très agréable pour 2 personnes. Très bien équipé et fonctionnel avec tous les produits courants et d'accueil pour démarrer la location. Propre et rénové récemment avec grande terrasse donnant sur le square. La communication avec la gérante Giulia a été toujours bonne et ses réponses étaient réactives. 「We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was our favorite thing. The cons: our room was fairly small and you had to step up another level to get into the bathroom. Because of this, in the middle of the night, my husband fell and cut his arm badly. The staff was very nice though, and tried to take care of the cut. 「We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!」
