"This is my second time staying. First time with family with 2 young kids and now second time as a solo female traveller. The hotel is on the south side of Shinjuku away from the hustle and bustle which I appreciate and feel safe when walking from JR station alone or with young kids. It is a quick walk to the busier side to get 24 ramen and shopping. The rooms are bogger than normal rooms and is very clean. Will definitely stay there again next time."

"Amazing hotel in Shinjuku close to everything restaurants shops malls cinema etc …amazing staff and clean room … some rooms facing the Shunjuku station and it was noisy (if like to wake up late that’s impossible) Rooms in high floors if you have phobia so this is not goog for you(Please be advised: The elevator is transparent, offering a full view of the outside. Guests with acrophobia may find it uncomfortable)"
