"The service in the hotel was terrible. We spent an hour to check in. During the check in process we were told that we could leave one bag in the storage room for 6 days (we spent another night at the hotel in 6 days). However, when we tried to do so, we were told that it was impossible and that the lady who was checking us in were mistaken. No apologies were made. One day I called house keeping three times as our room was not cleaned. No one came and our room was not cleaned on that day. The water pressure in the shower was almost non existent. There was a lot of noise at night - so we couldn’t sleep. Beautiful hotel with terrible service."

"Virtually no housekeeping. No soap. Resort fee charged but water park, adult pool, escalators, etc. were closed. Business center workers didn't know how to sign into their computer, how to make photocopies, etc."

"I was only in Vegas overnight. So, I stayed in one of rooms that Sahara chooses for you upon your arrival. That'll be the last time I do that. I've stayed at the Sahara plentyyy of times, & I've never been displeased with a room. However, I didn't like this one. It wasn't aesthetically pleasing, bathroom was built weird, the shower had a step that I hit my toe on. I just didn't like it. Next time, I'LL choose my own room no matter how long I'm in Vegas."
