Genoa Hotel with Pool

"We booked our stay primarily to use the pool, which was the main reason we chose this location. However, upon checking in, we were informed that the pool was closed for maintenance. I had children with me for two days, so this was quite disappointing. I believe guests should be notified in advance—by email, call, or text—if a major amenity like the pool will be unavailable. We were told the notice was posted on the website, but it wasn’t visible when we made our reservation a couple of weeks ago. Given the circumstances, I think some form of compensation would be appropriate."

"We had stayed the previous night at the Ceasers in Reno. For the same price we had a 19th floor room with a beautiful view of the mountains. At this resort we were put on the fourth floor on the same level as the roof over the casino. Noisy A/C units running day and night, weird rattling noises and screeches as well as hammering starting at 6 AM. Not at all impressed "

"Room was large and very clean. Like having a separate bedroom from the kitchen and sitting area. View overlooked the courtyard and pool area. Room also had a fireplace, very cozy"

"Very nice staff at front desk. Easy check in accommodating as we needed to upgrade our room and was ready for our early check in as we needed for a family event that afternoon. "
