Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I absolutely loved our condo. It was all super clean and had great space for our family. The only things that I would recommend get fixed would be the master bedroom bed was really uncomfortable. It might be time for a new mattress and the front door has a catch on it so it made it a challenge to go in and out easily. You had to really make sure, you were stopping to get the door shut completely or when you were trying to go in it took a minute because there was a little catch on the door knob. Other than that we loved it. I’m so glad they had a regular coffee pot. I did not bring cups, but they had both so that exciting , and that you some washing tablets to do a couple loads of laundry that was so helpful all around. It was a great time and we loved it. We would come back. I did not notice that you could not bring trailers and that was kind of a bummer because we brought our kayaks. We thought we could just park the trailer in one of our parking spots and park our vehicle in the other given parking spot however we were able to go park the trailer at the office, it would be nice in the future if you’re able to bring your kayaks but anyway we had a great time ! The place that we booked it through was absolutely amazing and they always got back to me and they were so helpful all around just because of the customer service I would give it a five stars!!!!

Great location

Just a few minutes away from tubing the Comal and the main put-in at Gruene. Pool was nice but a little warm and got a bit roudy. River quality at the property was about waist deep and flowing well but not a good spot to play near the banks. Condo was clean and in great condition. Overall, a great stay!

Beautiful place

We really enjoyed our stay! The only complaint we have is that vrbo listed the property at a certain rate and made no mention of numerous fees which added up to another $250. We are used to fees being added on when paying but have never seen them amount to nearly the cost of another night's rental. And this was not a deposit we got back...all fees. We feel this was deceptive and vrbo should include thr cost of the fees in the details so you know before booking. May go back but not by using vrbo.

There is one recommendation that I made to the management company. They have this condo listed as sleeping 6, but in reality it will sleep 4 comfortably. The sofa bed is AWFUL and is not fit to sleep on. The supports are broken and the mattress is thin and uncomfortable. Overall I would not recommend planning to have folks sleep on the sofa bed.

Great place to stay!

Nice clean property! The mattress in master bedroom is super comfy! Beautiful view when you walk down to the river on site! Nice balcony, plenty of towels and wash rags. Will stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: Pros: Nice clean condo with extra wide parking space for the SUV. The grounds and pools were nice. Very close to downtown and river. Recommend week days for families. Cons: Friday through Sunday was super busy with very loud and drunk adults at the pool and in the parking lot. You can hear everything through the walls. The music stopped at 2 am. Recommend weekends for the adults on break not families.
