Note: it's a very steep drive up to the house (and a very challenging walk!!!) so good to be aware of that - i.e. it's not within "strolling distance" of town, though technically not so far away!
Absolutely lovely location though...waling up to a view of the pine-covered mountain directly oppsite is Just Amazing <3」

「Fantastic setting, great accommodations, including comfy bed, and kitchenette, able to make my breakfast and lunch perfectly. I could sit on the porch and look at the trees and I even saw deer walking by. It was only a few blocks to the main part of Grass Valley, but felt very rural. When I needed batteries for the remote control for the TV they were delivered quickly. I will definitely come back.」

「Such a beautiful place to stay and perfectly located about 1 block from the old downtown area with many places to eat drink and shop. The home it self is perfect! Decorated to time period with many nice up grades. Plenty of room inside and a lovely porch to have an evening drink and morning coffee on.
