“The Colonial House was absolutely perfect in every way. Dawn is an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and truly welcoming. “Very good option for a budget motel. Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water. Like all at this very low price point, there's some wear and tear, but they try very hard and do many small things better than expensive hotels.
