“My friends and I stumbled upon this property when looking for places to stay close to Knoxville on our road trip. We loved that this would be a special experience - more unique (and also more reasonably priced for some new college grads) than a hotel inside the city. We did have to drive about 30 minutes into Knoxville to pick up some food, but it was not a problem for us. There were 3 of us which housed us perfectly in the Fish House. Could not recommend this place more. Check in/out was easy……

“Check in and communication was fantastic. Room was nice, great studio feel, kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The unit was clean and bright except for the blinds which were dusty. Bathroom was spacious and we were given plenty of towels, even extra. The RV park was quiet and the bed was comfortable with soft sheets and plenty of pillows.The only down side was the blinds over windows and vertical blinds over sliding door. **One of the vertical slats broke off, the blind doesn’t cover……
