Great location

Stay was great except for a few things. This is in no way a studio. It is a hotel room with bathroom, no couch or comfy chair(s). The room was too small for the furniture/not allowing for two night stands. Gfi outlet in bathroom didn't work. Had to blow dry without mirror in room. No laundry pods as stated. Thankfully packed enough clothes so we didn't need them. One basement door was propped open our entire stay making outside code pointless. The other basement door was inaccessible for egress due to being locked. Windows were painted shut in room, preventing egress as well. Definitely both of these are fire hazards. You can't tell if the floor tiles are wet or not, so beware of stocking feet. Otherwise, great stay. Location was quiet and a short street car ride to downtown and french quarter.

Cute curb appeal, easy to find.

Overall the property was nice, cute curb appeal. However, our room was missing the coffee maker, and the bathroom sink had severe draining issues. The worst that occurred had nothing to do with the property, just bad timing due to weather. We were there during the flood on August 5th, and as the streets started to flood, so did our room... we were in room 103 in the basement. However, I was very impressed with Alex and his manager for how they handled our need to leave. I've been promised a refund for the 2nd night that we were unable to stay.
