Close to Store and Airport

This location is close to the airport (about a 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic). There is a convenience store just one block away (less than a 3 minute walk), great if you don't have a car. Only a 15-20 minute drive away from downtown New Orleans if you do have a car (depends on traffic).

The space
This location has free high-speed Wi-Fi with 3 smart TVs (1 in each bedroom + downstairs). Two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, kitchen and dining room. There is plenty of parking at the location. A parking lot to the left and street parking to the right. The couch in the living room can also be used as a bed (very comfy).

Guest access
You'll have the whole unit to yourself. There is lock box access so you can arrive at anytime.

Other things to note
For the coffee lovers out there. We now have a coffee maker with Community coffee, cream, and sugar available. There is also a Starbucks nearby off of Esplanade and the convenience store a block away also sells coffee products.

This location is also walking distance from Laketown park, Treasure Chest Casino, and Pontchartrain Convention and Civic Center.

FYI before booking:
*Planes do fly near the building, if you're someone who gets irritated by some air traffic noise.
*Flat/top sheets are not placed on beds, but available in closets if desired (we do provide comforters).
*2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and 1 air mattress. Couch is a regular 3 seater available for sleeping as well. (custom options were not available)
*Rooms do not have dressers, but closets have hangers and luggage racks.
*No cable TV, Only Internet with 3 smart TVs provided.
*The place doesn't have a lot of artwork or stylish items, it's plain as our main focus is to provide a clean, simple, and affordable place to stay.

The property was as described, very lovely, clean, and well-prepared. We enjoyed our short stay overall. We had one minor issue with another tenant and her assigned packing spot (,we weren't told about this, she came beating on ourdoor at 4 am) other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

The stay was perfect ! Everybody slept comfortably… enjoyed the fenced balcony.. the condo took a minute to cool off but no biggie ! THE GREAT THING WAS HE ALLOWED US TO CHECK IN EARLY ..

Quick stay before cruise

Stayed one night, before we left a cruise from NOLA. Owner, Greg, was easy to work with and quick to respond to messages. The neighborhood was not what we are used but it worked out fine. Great location other than the planes since it's close to the airport but got used to it. The description was accurate and place was clean but the carpet could either be cleaned or replaced upstairs. Would be willing to stay here again if we return to the area. Thank you.

Easy access from airport

We used this property as a one night stay before going to our week long rental when we arrived into Nola. It was perfect for our needs as a group of 4 (one couple & two singles). Very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The hosts were prompt and followed up to make sure we received the information to access the property. We loved the book of recommended restraunts and stores nearby as well as the provided coffee and creamer in the fridge. Overall a wonderful stay and would stay again.

Early Family Christmas

The condo was exactly as pictured! Very clean. Not fancy but suited our needs perfectly! We come down frequently to visit with family. We would definitely want to stay here, again!
