The place was perfect for the three of us. Property manager was very responsive. The building had good security, and the accommodations were quiet, clean and updated. the location was perfect - easy walk to French Quarter, Congo Square, and riverfront. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We will definitely return to this property for our next NOLA trip.
This property was perfect for our visit to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. It is located in the middle of everything. It was just a short walk to watch the parades, shop, catch the trolley and find a place to eat. Annie was a great host with prompt responses to our questions and lots of great advice. I highly recommend staying here when in New Orleans.
This was an excellent choice, very clean, convenient to everything food and entertainment, quiet and private. Maybe clean the patio area some...it wasn't too bad but painting the stools, replacing one patio chair, and cleaning the patio floor more. Overall I definitely enjoyed the condo.
Suggestions. Grab bar in bathtub/ at shower level. A potential law suit for a fall.
Great location ! Safe neighborhood. Well light area if walking at night. Excellent breakfast place one block away . Replace rusted, dirty chairs on porch. Cheap Adirondack chairs and a small plastic table would elevate the space for less 100..
Satisfactory in most ways. Good space, quiet. Good remodeling.The bed was very firm. The bedsheets had stains.The balcony had a very disappointing view. Location was fine. The host was very helpful.
