The location was so perfect right next to the best subway stop that got us anywhere we wanted. It fit our family perfectly since the couches turned into sofa beds. The neighborhood was convenient with a little grocery and pharmacy we used and some quick food spots. It was about 25-35 minutes to get just about anywhere. The property owner was communicative and very accommodating.
