The first being the size of the room, it was incredibly small The reason why this hotel was disappointing was the view. I paid extra for the Empire State Building and although I could see it, it wasn’t a perfect view and there was obstruction. Honestly, there are way better hotel in the city. Covid19 obviously prevents certain things like house keeping, restaurants in the hotel being closed as well as the gym not being open, which is understandable but annoying. The staff was incredibly helpful every time I called the front desk and for that I’m appreciative.

I really enjoyed this hotel! After reading the reviews, I was worried about the two elevators, but personally never once encountered a problem with them, having only waited for 30 seconds - 1 minute for the elevator each time (and there was a good amount of coming and going). The room was huge, everything was clean and ready for guests, and at one point I locked myself out of my room by accident and had to get another key and they were so helpful. The two cons for me were the mattress (wasn't comfortable for me) and the tv didn't work with the remote, but I was there to sleep! Would stay here again!

Wir haben 6 Nächte im Le Soleil Hotel übernachtet. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Subway Station um die Ecke. Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das angegebene Queen Size Bett ist beträgt fast einer 140x200 m Bett. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sehr gut gereinigt. Im Großen und Ganzen kann man das Hotel weiterempfehlen

Great location, very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and subway station. Clean and friendly. The bathroom door latch was tough and the bar/rest was not open long hours. Would def stay here again.

all was good except I would like to have bars in the shower, at my age with a sliperry floor it will be advise to put a few bars so someone can hold to feel safe. Otherwise all is very well kept.

Our stay was wonderful…the lobby, the staff, the room, the view. Clean and well cared for property. Not brand new but well cared for. We asked the front desk for towels and coffee one night and they were brought to us in less than 5 minutes. The lobby area was cozy and had coffee, water and hot chocolate in the afternoon. A warm fire was always burning. We will stay there again!

Ein 4 Sterne Hotel, dass ganz okay war. Für eine Nacht war es relativ angenehm. Unser Zimmer befand sich im letzten Stock und war ein rollstuhlgerechtes Zimmer, was die Zimmergröße enorm machte. Die Klimaanlage konnte leider zuerst nur kühlen (bei 4 Grad draußen). Nachdem wir einen Techniker da hatten, funktionierte die Heizung wieder. Bei den Fenster zog es jedoch herein. Das Bad war ebenso extrem kalt, weil keine Heizung bzw. keine Fußbodenheizung vorhanden war. Generell war das Licht im Bad extrem dunkel. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war sehr toll und die Bettdecke war nicht zu dünn - danke.

This was our first time to stay here. The rooms were spacious and the staff were so helpful and nice. The only thing I would say was we received a handicapped room which we did not reserve, but other than that, everything was great.

I have stayed at the Executive Le Soleil a half a dozen times. They always go above and beyond to make me feel at home and pampered. The small things like the chocolates and complimentary water to the kindness all staff show make for an amazing stay.
