房間不大，雖飯店好像很新，但打掃很不確實，椅子上有垃圾，床頭櫃打開都是垃圾，浴缸沒清乾淨，佈滿汙點，床單很皺，覺得清潔管理不佳!!!早餐簡易，選擇不多，但可吃飽，隨時都有人會補上食物，除了熱茶一直都不補上!!房間內沒有冰箱，無法儲存冷藏物品!!!

Good find in LIC. Close to subway- super easy 10 min ride to Manhattan. Several good cafes within walking distance. Room and bathroom were very clean. Would prefer no carpet on the floor. Easy check in. Safe neighborhood. Great value.

Das LIC Plaza ist preis-/leistungsmäßig absolut empfehlenswert. Es scheint von einer asiatischen Familie geführt zu werden, die sehr hilfsbereit war. Das Hotel ist nahe zweier U-Bahn-Stationen (5 min bis Queensboro Plaza bzw. 10 min bis 39th Av. Fußweg) gelegen und nur 2-3 Stationen vom Central Park entfernt. Man kann das meiste vom Ausgangspunkt aus direkt erreichen. Das direkte Umfeld des Hotels ist zwar nicht sehr ansprechend, aber wir haben uns dort sicher gefühlt. In der näheren Umgebung (8-10 min Fußweg) gibt es auch 2 Supermärkte sowie Deli, Panda (chinesisch), Pizza. Dort haben wir uns dort Essen To Go bestellt und im Frühstücksraum des Hotels gegessen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Ein Safe, kleiner Kaffeekocher und eine Mikrowelle waren im Zimmer vorhanden. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse relativ gut. Von Rührei, kleinen Würstchen, Nudeln, Bagels, Toast, Wraps, Kekse, Croissants, Aufstrich, Joghurt, etwas Obst und süßes Müsli, O-Saft und Tee/Kaffe war alles vorhanden. Leider war alles nur mit Plastikgeschirr verfügbar. Es gab also viel Müll und war nicht umweltfreundlich. Zum Hin- und Zurückfahren haben wir den Hotel-Shuttle für 65 USD genutzt. Das war bequem und hat sehr gut geklappt. Am letzten Tag durften wir sogar eine Stunde länger kostenlos unser Zimmer nutzen, bis wir abgereist sind. Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen! Es hat uns dort gut gefallen.

Great location, 5 min walk to main train station that takes 10 min to Manhattan and 25min to LGA. Clean room, elevator works, good and safe neighborhood, breakfast was decent.

Nice staff. Average breakfast. Maybe more variety at breakfast. Hotel location was convenient for subway access to airport and Manhattan. Just a block or two away. Room was clean. Nice bathroom. Bed was firm but not hard. TV system not easy to operate. Only big concern was that the storage room for luggage lacked any reasonable security. Looked unlocked most of the time relying on the vigilance of the front desk employee. The premises outside was limited parking. Simply drop offs. Hard to tell if neighborhood was safe or unsafe. There is graffiti and a car repair adjacent to the hotel. But overall hotel was a great bargain and convenient to subway access. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance along with a Walgreens which is a big plus as well.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Personal immer freundlich, Zimmer top sauber, tägliche Reinigung mit Handtuchwechsel. Safe, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und kleine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Fenster lassen lassen sich einen Spalt breit (ca. 10 cm) aufschieben, um auch mal frische Luft ins Zimmer zu lassen. Frühstück typisch amerikanisch. Zwar immer dasselbe, aber gute Auswahl. Und es wird auch ständig wieder aufgefüllt, so dass immer alles vorhanden war. Ist nicht die schönste Gegend, aber dafür sehr ruhig und in 3 min ist man zu Fuß an der Haltestelle um Richtung Manhattan zu fahren. 20 Minuten Fußweg sind es bis zum Gantry State Park, um die Fähre nach Manhattan zu nehmen. Es werden oft die harten Matratzen erwähnt. Das können wir bestätigen, aber wir haben gut darauf geschlafen. Insgesamt können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.

Everything was great except the staff! Which is so odd - a nice, clean hotel in not the best area - very clean, well appointed, etc. Then, my AC did not work (was 85 degrees outside). The clerk said it worked. I invited him to verify - he seemed unwilling. So I made him look. He agreed it did not work. His solution: open the window! Then his second solution: "well, this is the room you paid for". I became irate and demanded another room with working AC. He seemed upset with my request and implied they were sold out. I brought out my angry side and he suddenly said, "oh look, another room just became available". PS - it was 11 pm. Rooms just do not become available at 11 pm. The second room was fine - nice AC, clean and neat. 20 minutes later I get a phone call: "why aren't you paying for your room!". Huh? (That's what I said). He told me that since I "requested" a different room, I had to pay that extra price. R U kidding me?! I argued and it was clear - pay more or sleep on the sidewalk. So I paid. Then I get another call, this time with him screaming at me. My card was declined because I forgot to approve it for out of state travel. He was on the verge of insanity, going off on me. I was shocked. So I paid with another card, problem solved. In the morning, I explained the situation to the people at check out, and they expressed zero concern for my stay. Summary: nice simple hotel in LIC, absolutely horrible staff.

Stay was overall quite pleasant, very close to the metro to get to Manhattan. A few local convenience stores and food options nearby. Breakfast was good, hot plates and cold options. Biggest downside were the very, very firm mattresses. Hotel is otherwise clean, staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel was nice and clean. Room is on the smaller side, but it has everything you need. The hotel is nearby public transportation. The breakfast was not great. Food quality was bad, no good or healthy options.
