「The lodge has a lovely aspect, with uninterrupted views over the lake, it is extremely well equipped catering for all your needs. Unfortunately the information folder was missing so we had to contact the owner to get the WiFi code. 「On the whole good hotel. Bathroom lack shelves for your STUFF!!!! I had a room with a wet room, lovely, only issue was when i had a shower "WET ROOM" was the right term. Bathroom floor was completly wet.」

「Unique decor in a fantastic building overlooking stunning Boston Stump. Cheap parking outside, very reasonable room rates with a decent serve yourself breakfast. The 5star for service was based on contact with one lovely woman who came to fix electrics in the breakfast room, there are no on site staff.」

We then had dinner and had the famous ribs…we were all blown away by the quantity and quality of meat. The staff were incredibly friendly! The room we stayed in was huge and comfortable. 「Our first time to Boston and came across this place by accident. Friendly welcome on arrival. The venue doubles as a bar and hotel. Hotel rooms are spacious and have plenty of amenities including iron/hairdryer/table top fan and even a microwave. There is private access separate to the bar of needed. 」

「Great place and would definitely use again as it’s very centrally located. Facilities were clean and easy to use and bed and sofa was comfy. Area is quiet aswell, parking was a 5 minute walk away round the corner and was free 6pm to 8am. 」
